Local citizens help removing rich soil from Zigui Guojiaba town, Three Gorges Reservior area. As the completing of Three Gorges Project, water level upstream the big Dam will rise up to 175 meters. A Soil Removing and Fertilizing Project is now carring on around the reservior area, including Guojiaba town, in which rich soil under 175 meters water level will remove to upper land, helping improving the quality of upland areas.
